At PetFacePajamas, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unwashed and unworn pajamas in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
